South Western Chicken Queso Penne-038

Store-bought rotisserie chicken makes preparing this dish a snap.


  • 1 pkg (11.9 oz/337 g)
    Southwestern Queso Penne
  • 2 Cups
    Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 can (14 oz)
    Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
  • 1/4 Cup
    Sliced Green Onions
  • Salsa (Optional)
  • Sour Cream (Optional)
  • Hot Sauce (Optional)


  1. In large saucepan, cook penne according to package directions.

  2. Stir in chicken and beans.

  3. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until warmed through.

  4. Just before serving, sprinkle with green onions.

  5. Try serving this dish topped with a dollop of salsa and sour cream.

  6. Serve with hot sauce for an additional kick if desired.
