Tip: You can use mild or spicy Italian sausage according to your preference.
In large, deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté sausage for about 5 minutes or until browned.
Add peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes or until softened.
Add penne and 4 cups water
Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
